At ByMarsi, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied due to an order error or damaged product, we are here to assist you with our return, refund, and exchange policy.

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for eligible products. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Beauty products must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Bottles and containers must remain unopened for hygiene reasons, as opened or used beauty products cannot be resold.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition as received.

Returns are processed within 7 days following the request and receipt of the returned product.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for unopened and unused products within the 14-day return period from the date of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, products must meet the same conditions as returns:

  • Beauty products must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Bottles and containers must remain unopened for hygiene reasons.
  • The product must be in the same condition as received.

Exchanges are processed within 7 days following the request and receipt of the returned product, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping depends on the reason for the return or exchange:

  • Free Returns/Exchanges: If the return or exchange is due to an order error (e.g., incorrect item shipped) or a damaged product, ByMarsi will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Customer-Paid Returns/Exchanges: For all other reasons, return shipping costs are as follows:
    • Within the UK: £5.00
    • USA/Europe: £10.00

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following circumstances:

  • Order Errors: If we sent the wrong item or an incorrect order.
  • Damaged Products: If the product arrives damaged or defective.
  • Cancellations: If the order is canceled before it has been shipped.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days following the request and receipt of the returned item. Please note that refunds are not available for used or opened beauty products due to hygiene regulations.
